Responsibilities

• Assist with the preparation of project budgets and cost plans.
• Support the management of subcontractor procurement activities.
• Prepare and process subcontractor payments.
• Measure works and assist with valuations and applications for payment.
• Help prepare variations, compensation events and change control documentation.
• Assist with monthly cost reporting and forecasting.
• Support the preparation of final accounts.
• Monitor project expenditure and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Maintain commercial records and project documentation.
• Liaise with operational teams, clients and subcontractors.
• Ensure compliance with contractual requirements and company procedures.

Our client is seeking an ambitious Assistant Quantity Surveyor to support the commercial delivery of demolition, enabling works, remediation, structural alteration and civil engineering projects across the UK.
