Job summary

Leo Force is seeking an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join their East Midlands team, focusing on housing developments. You will support procurement, cost reporting, valuations, and measurements, gaining hands-on experience under senior surveyors.

Ideal candidates will be degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying or working towards it, with experience in housebuilding or related environments and a strong numerical/commercial mindset. A proactive, detail-oriented approach is essential.

The Role
