Responsibilities Include

• To provide full commercial support to the business including soft FM (such as cost management and billing).
• Reviewing subcontractor valuations.
• Valuing/measuring works.
• Data analysis.
• General contract administration.
• Managing variations and quotations.
• Supporting cost analysis & budget monitoring.
• Working with Supervisors, Project Managers, Quantity Surveyors & subcontractors to ensure projects are delivered in budget.
• Maintain accurate records and provide regular financial reports.
• Line management responsibilities for the commercial administrator.
  
  

What We're Looking For

• Prior experience gained within a repairs and maintenance environment (for a contractor, client or both) is essential.
• Experience of working in Soft FM would be preferred.
• IT literate with good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams
• Knowledge of MRI advantageous but not essential
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Customer focussed with the ability to use initiative to solve routine issues.
• A collaborative approach, pro-active approach with the confidence and ability to communicate with key clients and customers.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Previous experience or internships in a similar role are a plus!
  
  

Working arrangements

• Full-time, permanent
• Office based, with some flexibility available (a minimum of 3 days in office)
• Salary £35,000 per annum
