Job Title: Assistant Quantity Surveyor

Location: North London

Package: £30,000 – £35,000 car allowance

Overview

• Skilled Careers are working with a Tier One Main Contractor within the refurbishment/social housing sector, and they are a company that prides themselves on keeping a family feel within the business.
• This is a Tier One Main Contractor who due to an incredible amount of new work they are looking for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join the team.
• Due to an impressive growth, they are now looking for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to work alongside the Senior QS on Reactive Maintenance projects.

Duties

• Alongside the Senior QS, you will be focusing on Reactive Maintenance work.
• Procurement of supply chain and placing orders
• Assessing and processing supply chain payment
• Produce commercial reports both internally and external to the company.
• Ensure all contractual processes are completed on time.

Requirements

• Ideally Social Housing experience but not essential.
• Degree Qualified
• Main Contractor experience
• Driver’s Licence
