Position: Intermediate/Project Quantity Surveyor

Location: HYBRID (2 days in Dorset office, 3 days remote)

Salary: Competitive based on experience and qualifications + benefits

I am seeking an intermediate or project-level client-side Quantity Surveyor to join my client's team. The projects are primarily located in and around London, covering all stages of construction from inception to final account and lifecycle management.

This role is suitable for assistant quantity surveyors seeking advancement, as well as intermediate or project surveyors with the following attributes:

1. Strong communication and presentation skills (written and verbal)
2. Personable nature
3. A desire to learn and the ability to learn quickly
4. Basic understanding of construction methodologies and techniques
5. Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
6. Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

Education requirements are flexible; a degree (or equivalent) is preferred but not essential, and it does not necessarily have to be in quantity surveying. A full clean driving license and own vehicle are required.
