Job summary

Turning Point in Wakefield is seeking an Assistant Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner (PWP) to join the Talking Therapies service. You will work closely with clinical staff to support delivery of interventions and run groups and workshops, helping patients access timely support.

The role offers regular supervision, masterclasses, and CPD planning to develop your skills and career within a well-established mental health service.

Qualifications

• Outstanding written and telephone communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist delivery of the Talking Therapies service in Wakefield.
• Support delivery of groups and workshops with therapists.
• Assist clients before, during and after engagement with the service.
• Receive regular supervision and contribute to CPD plans with supervisor and line manager.
