Job summary

Coventry and Warwickshire Partnership NHS Trust (CWPT) is seeking a Senior Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner (Band 6) for a full-time, hybrid role across Coventry and Warwickshire Talking Therapies. Responsibilities include screening referrals, assessing risk, and developing management plans within a supportive PWP team.

The role offers opportunities for CPD, development, and working within an established NHS service prioritising patient experience and staff wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Good written communication skills.
• Computer literate.

Responsibilities

• Experience with common mental health problems and ability to assess risk.
• Deliver low-intensity psychological interventions using various communication mediums (telephone, e-consultation, face-to-face).
• Work both independently and within a team; support Trainee PWPs.
