Practice Plus Group is recruiting an Assistant Psychologist to join the Mental Health team at HMP Sudbury, with cross-site duties at HMP Foston Hall. You will support psychological care, conduct assessments, and deliver interventions under supervision within the service policy framework.

We offer a supportive environment with training and career development opportunities, and a closed male open prison setting focusing on individuals nearing release. Full-time hours.

Qualificações

• Bachelor of Science in Psychology with entitlement to Graduate Basis for Chartered Membership (GBC) of the British Psychological Society.
• Master’s degree is advantageous.
• Evidence of foundation training in at least one evidence-based framework (CFT, CBT, DBT, ACT).
• Experience delivering evidence-based psychological interventions to adults with mental health problems.

Responsabilidades

• Identify patients who may benefit from psychological interventions.
• Provide comprehensive psychological assessment including risk assessment.
• Identify and deliver individual and group interventions within PTS pathways.
• Monitor and evaluate psychological interventions using measures per PTS guidelines.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and update the PTS dashboard with outcomes data.
• Communicate complex assessment and intervention plans to patients.
