Job summary

Care Concern Group's Inspire Neurocare in Worcester is seeking an Assistant Psychologist to support neuropsychological assessment and rehabilitation for adults with brain injuries and progressive neurological conditions. Under supervision you will contribute to assessments, interventions and rehabilitation plans within a multidisciplinary team, communicating sensitive information to residents and families.

Qualifications

• Experience as Assistant Psychologist or related role.
• Understanding of neurological conditions and their impact.
• Experience with cognitive or challenging behaviour.
• Familiar with psychological approaches used in individual or group settings.
• Ability to apply psychology in neurorehabilitation settings.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Compassionate, professional approach to supporting rehabilitation goals.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of psychological and neuropsychological assessments and interventions.
• Contribute to assessments, interventions and rehabilitation programmes.
• Work within a multidisciplinary team to support rehabilitation goals.
• Communicate sensitive information with residents, families and colleagues.
• Support risk assessments and development of guidelines and management plans.
