Job summary

Inspire Neurocare in Worcester is seeking a Rehab Assistant to support adults with complex neurological conditions. You will combine care, therapy support and companionship, helping residents work towards personal goals within an MDT framework.

We offer a caring, person-centred environment with 39.375 hours per week, night shifts, paid DBS, pension, uniform and 28 days leave. Join a dedicated team delivering high-quality, client-focused rehabilitation.

Responsibilities

• Support adults with complex neurological conditions and injuries to achieve greater independence.
• Assist with daily living skills and personal care when required.
• Encourage participation in activities and social engagement.
• Support therapy sessions and rehabilitation activities.
• Provide social and emotional support to residents and families.
• Work within individual care and rehabilitation plans with the MDT.
