  • Demonstrated emotional resilience and the ability to maintain a compassionate approach in stressful situations.
  • Eligible to conduct research/quality improvement projects under NHS statutory guidance.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to qualified psychologists.
  • Assist with assessments and therapeutic interventions.
  • Support group‑based interventions, including DBT skills groups.
  • Participate in research projects and audits.
  • Ensure continuity of care for clients with learning disabilities and mental health needs.
