Job summary

NHS Lanarkshire is seeking a qualified psychologist to support and enhance psychological care across services. You will conduct assessments and provide interventions under supervision, participate in audits and research, and contribute to teaching and training within the team.

The role operates 9am–5pm with opportunities to develop professionally within the NHS framework and multidisciplinary settings.

Qualifications

• At least an Upper Second Class Honours degree in Psychology.
• Eligible for the Graduate Basis for Chartership (GBC).
• High level of computer skills and knowledge of programmes and statistical packages.
• A driving licence is required and access to transport.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychological assessment and interventions under supervision.
• Work independently within the Psychological Service framework and plan.
• Assist in audits, data collection, and research projects.
• Contribute to teaching and supervision activities.
