Job summary

Cygnet Health Care is seeking an Assistant Psychologist to join the team at Cygnet Broughton House and the Satellites. Based at Broughton House, Brant Broughton, LN5 0SL, the role covers other sites in the area and is a 40-hour-per-week, Monday-to-Friday position.

The successful candidate will support the Qualified Psychologist with assessments, clinical formulation and care planning, contributing to group and individual programmes, and engaging in administration, audit, research and service

Qualifications

• Degree qualified in Psychology (2:1 or above) or equivalent BPS Accredited.
• Preferably experienced in health care and/or in an Assistant Psychologist role.
• Passionate about learning and working as part of an interdisciplinary team.
• Qualified to Master's degree level or higher in Psychology (preferable).

Responsibilities

• Contributing to assessments, scoring and reporting (verbal / written).
• Clinical formulation and implementing care plans for psychological treatment.
• Planning, delivering and evaluating individual / group programmes.
• Administration, audit, research and service development.
