The Role: We are currently looking to employ a full time Assistant Psychologist to join our Psychology Department at Cygnet Hospital Stevenage. The successful candidate will join a team comprised of qualified, trainee, assistant and honorary psychologists and will work across PICU and/or Acute wards.
The post holder will be working closely with and will be supervised weekly by a qualified psychologist, who will also be the post holders line manager. We are seeking a strong candidate to support and enhance the psychological care of patients at the service by assisting the team with;
The Assistant Psychologist will need to be able to work independently, safely, and ethically within the limits agreed with their supervisor.
