Utilising technology, we extend the boundaries of traditional therapy, harnessing AI to accelerate progress and promote long-term wellness beyond treatment.

There are substantial unmet mental health needs within the UK and globally. We’re on a mission to innovate and make Every Self Better. We’re a small, talented, high energy, inclusive and supportive team with strong business and clinical leadership.

You will be working with some of the most cutting edge technology, in a supportive and passionate team. We’re keen to hear from aspiring psychologists who want to work with us on this goal.

About the Role

We are seeking to recruit an Assistant Psychologist with experience of working with Neurodivergent people. The role will support us to deliver high quality services to our NHS, Private Healthcare and corporate partners and will involve working across all areas of HelloSelf. The postholder will be managed by a Consultant Psychologist and supervised by a specialist CBT Therapist.

This is a fixed-term contract for 12 months.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clinical delivery: Under the supervision of our clinical team, you’ll provide evidence based low intensity interventions. You’ll attend and constructively engage in weekly clinical supervision to enhance your clinical practice.
  • Supporting partnerships: You will be confident in collating, analysing and presenting outcome data, auditing therapists practice and liaising with our partners around service quality issues.
  • Clinical innovation: Contributing to clinical and technological innovations that can enhance the therapy experience for our members, therapists and partners.
  • Customer success: You’ll liaise with our members to ensure a smooth therapy experience, from booking to discharge.
  • Onboarding therapists: You’ll support our new therapists (experts) to have the best experience of joining HelloSelf, so that they can hit the ground running.
  • Research: HelloSelf is at the forefront of innovation in digital mental health. You’ll be involved in supporting our current research and development activities, as well as developing new products that can help our members and therapists.
About You
  • Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Psychology (course accredited by the British Psychological Society) and eligible for graduate basis for chartership.
  • Experience of working with neurodiverse client groups, with evidence of training and/or supervision to support your learning.
  • Able to collate, analyse and interpret data and communicate this clearly with various audiences.
  • Confident in liaising with partner organisations through telephone and video interactions.
  • A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to reflect, learn and develop.
  • Strong interest in mental health tech.
  • Previous experience working as an Assistant Psychologist is desirable.
  • Willing to work evenings if required.
