Job summary

Cygnet Broughton House is seeking an Assistant Psychologist to support psychological care for residents at the Brant Broughton service. The role involves assisting with assessments, scoring and reporting, and contributing to clinical formulation and care plans within an inter-disciplinary team.

The successful candidate will hold a Psychology degree (2:1+) with BPS accreditation, and ideally healthcare experience plus a Master’s in Psychology.

• Degree in Psychology (2:1 or above)
• BPS accredited
• Experience in health care and/or assistant psychologist role preferred
• Passionate about learning and team collaboration

Responsibilities

• Support and enhance psychological care by assisting the Qualified Psychologist
• Contribute to assessments, scoring and reporting
• Assist with clinical formulation and care plan implementation
• Plan, deliver and evaluate individual and group programmes
• Assist with administration, audits, research and service development
