Job summary

Howdens Joinery Ltd. is expanding its Trade Property team and recruiting two Assistant Property Managers. One role covers the Northwest region around Liverpool and Manchester, and another covers the Midlands around Northamptonshire.

You will support day-to-day estate management, liaise with landlords and tenants, and help optimise the portfolio for the business. Ideal candidates have experience in property or estate management, strong stakeholder skills, and meticulous administration.

Qualifications

• Previous experience within a property, estate management or commercial property environment.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build effective relationships and communicate confidently with landlords, agents and external partners.
• Excellent administrative, organisational and data management skills, with a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide effective day-to-day estate management and support, liaising with landlords, managing agents, tenants, solicitors, surveyors and third parties to minimise outgoings and ensure effective estate management.
• Maintenance of database records with accurate management information and timely communication of property matters within the business.
