A leading company in residential property management seeks an Assistant Property Manager in London. This role involves overseeing the daily operations of property management including customer service, data management, and maintenance coordination. You will play a vital role in enhancing the living experience for residents while having the opportunity to grow into an Estate Manager position within the company.

The Role:
As an Assistant Property Manager, you will be a key member of our Estate Management team, helping to ensure that our communities are well-maintained, and efficiently run. You will support day-to-day operations by engaging with residents, coordinating maintenance and repair efforts, and maintaining accurate records and systems. Your role will contribute directly to creating a positive experience for our clients.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Customer Service Be the first point of contact for residents, handling queries, resolving issues, and keeping communication clear, friendly, and professional.
Data Management: Keep our property management system (Qube) fully up-to-date, ensuring all information is accurate and organised.
Maintenance Coordinator: When something needs fixing, you’re the one to make it happen. Liaise with contractors, manage works orders, and ensure everything is done on time and to a high standard.
Health & Safety: Ensure all health & safety legislation and company policies are strictly followed, keeping our estates safe and compliant.
Financial : Help manage budgets, issue purchase orders, and assist with financial reporting to ensure costs stay under control.

Encore operate a hybrid working model, for this role the requirement is 2 days in the office, 2 days from home and 1 day on site.
The salary for this role is £27,000 - £30,000 per annum.
