Brief Description

This role will provide diary management and day-to-day administrative support to the Deputy Regional Managing Director and Regional Performance Director (and their teams). For this role, you will need to be highly organised and proactive with excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and be able to manage multiple priorities with discretion and efficiency. You will also work closely with the Regional Business Manager and Executive Assistant to provide support to the Regional Managing Director and Eastern executive team.

About The Role (External)

Key Accountabilities –

  • Manage the Director's calendar.
  • Manage the Director's personal budget, making comprehensive records available at all times.
  • Make arrangements for functions, conferences visits and meetings.
  • Co-ordinate and prepare agenda and papers for executive meetings and assist with any follow-up action as necessary.
  • Supervise and organise workloads for clerical support team in conjunction with other functional managers.
  • Maintain an efficient filing system paying particular attention to records of standing meetings, statutory records and authorisations.
  • Utilise financial and procurement systems and act as Local Purchasing Agent (where directed).
  • Review accounts received and process invoices for payment in accordance with Internal Control procedures.
  • Process and maintain weekly personnel records.

Salary: Circa £28,000 per annum.
