Assistant Project Manager (Residential Construction - Refurb & New Build) - SW London - £35,000

Our client is a Bespoke Residential Developer seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support their team and work closely with the Director. Based in SW London, they manage multiple residential refurbishments across London, focusing on high-quality, bespoke co-living projects.

This role is hands-on, involving assisting in project delivery, planning, and resource management, with opportunities to learn about project planning and oversight. Responsibilities include preparing budgets, monitoring progress, attending meetings, and updating the Director.

Requirements include a construction-related degree and at least 1 year of practical experience on a construction site (new build or refurb). The candidate will work alongside an experienced Senior Industry professional who will support career growth.

You will:

1. Oversee and participate in the delivery of residential refurbishment projects, starting with 6-10 units, expanding to 60-90 units.
2. Assist in defining project scope and objectives.
3. Plan and manage resources efficiently.
4. Help prepare and monitor project budgets.
5. Develop detailed project schedules and work plans.
6. Attend meetings, take notes, and provide progress updates to the Director.
7. Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed.

You will have:

• A Construction Degree or equivalent experience.
• Over 1 year of hands-on site experience.
• A valid driving license.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
