Job summary

Circet IRE & UK in Slough is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support the delivery of telecoms and energy infrastructure projects within the Circet group, with a focus on safety, quality and client satisfaction.

Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, you will coordinate with delivery teams and subcontractors, determine resource requirements, monitor productivity and assist in keeping projects on time, within budget and aligned with client expectations.

Qualifications

• SMSTS certification is required.
• CSCS card is required.
• Degree qualification or equivalent.
• Solid knowledge of HSEQ regulations.
• Strong communication, people management and leadership skills.
• Experience in Rail or Transport Infrastructure sector.

Responsibilities

• Drive and manage a project that delivers the objectives required to meet or exceed KPI targets.
• Provide direction to your project team - inclusive of sub-contractors.
• Determine the resource requirements for the completion of all works throughout the project term.
• Manage productivity, assign roles, tasks and responsibilities required for the successful completion of the project work in accordance with planning, specifications and requirements.
• Assist the Senior Project Manager in overseeing the commercial aspects of the contract / project and ensure the project does not go into financial breach.
• Management of Engineering, Construction and Commercial aspects of the project.
• Ensuring the client requirements and procedures are followed correctly.
• Delivery of the project safely.
• Achieve client satisfaction.
• Control and management of all claims and variations.
