Job summary

CTS Group is a fast-growing international design and build company, delivering hyperscale data centre projects from London. The Assistant Project Manager will help plan, coordinate, and deliver complex solutions, working with Project Directors and engineering teams to ensure safety, on-time delivery, and high quality.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years' experience in project coordination, construction management, engineering, or project delivery.
• Experience supporting large-scale construction, industrial, or data centre projects is desirable.
• Previous experience working within a contractor, engineering, or construction environment is desirable.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Support Project Managers with the day-to-day management of project activities and deliverables.
• Assist in developing and tracking project programmes, milestones, budgets, and reporting requirements.
• Coordinate activities between design teams, construction teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients.
• Monitor project progress and proactively identify risks, issues, and opportunities.
• Prepare project reports, meeting minutes, and action trackers.
• Attend project meetings and communicate key updates to internal and external stakeholders.
• Support commissioning teams during testing, validation, and turnover activities.
• Coordinate close-out documentation and project handover requirements.
