Job summary

Actalent is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support Project Managers, Senior Project Managers and Directors in planning, coordination, execution and delivery of projects. The role serves as a primary customer interface through the project lifecycle, ensuring alignment with schedules, budgets, and quality standards.

You will help prepare scopes, schedules, budgets and contracts, coordinate resources, monitor costs, maintain docs, and provide on-site support as required.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting project managers in a multi-project environment.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to coordinate input from multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Assist with project scopes, schedules and budgets.
• Support execution within defined scope, schedule, and budget.
• Prepare contract proposals and amendments.
• Coordinate project resources including subcontractors.
• Monitor expenditures and update documentation.
• Provide on-site installation support and site inspections as required.
• Ensure adherence to quality, safety and ethical standards.
• Maintain client relationships across locations.
