ROLE DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for an ambitious and motivated Assistant Project Manager to join our dynamic team in London. This full-time, hybrid position entails close collaboration with the project management and cost teams to successfully deliver outcomes for our clients in residential developments across the UK. As part of this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute to various projects, ranging from large-scale masterplans, build to rent, later living and student accommodation. Additionally, you will work with the Project Lead(s) and have the opportunity to take ownership of specific elements within the projects.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• Minimum 2 years' experience of working in the UK construction industry.
• Project ownership skills with regards to specific project tasks.
• Aspiring to MRICS or equivalent qualification in a relevant business discipline.
• Demonstrate a passion for developing technical knowledge across the project work stages.
• Focus on attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
• Willingness to tackle challenges and solve problems.
• Desire to develop client and other project relationships.
• Ability to take initiative without guidance.
• Ability to understand the critical success factors across all project lifecycle stages and be able to manage your role within these stages.
• Demonstrable passion for and understanding of the Real Estate and Construction Industry.
