What skills and experience we're looking for Following the successful promotion of the previous postholder we seek an enthusiastic, dedicated and outstanding Assistant Progress Leader with the ability to deliver effective teaching and learning in English at Key Stages 3 and 4 across all areas.
You will need to be a practitioner who consistently delivers high quality teaching with the ability to inspire, engage and motivate students.
You will also need to have excellent communication skills, be ambitious and be a strong team player and above all else, you will need to be Dedicated to Excellence in all that you do.
