Job summary

Lift Schools is seeking an exceptional Assistant Principal for Teaching and Learning to join the Senior Leadership Team in Essex. You will drive the Teaching and Learning strategy, ensure evidence-informed practice, curriculum delivery and robust assessment across the school to raise outcomes for all students.

You will work with senior, middle and subject leaders to build capacity, secure measurable improvements, and deliver high-quality CPD and coaching for staff at all career stages.

Qualifications

• Experience leading Teaching and Learning at a senior level.
• Proven track record of school improvement and outcomes.
• Ability to develop others through coaching and CPD.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Teaching and Learning strategy with measurable impact.
