Lift Schools is seeking an Assistant Principal to join our Senior Leadership Team at Lift Ryde on the Isle of Wight. The role focuses on shaping strategic priorities, improving teaching quality, and enhancing student outcomes within a high-ambition, inclusive setting.

Qualifications

• Must hold Qualified Teacher Status with evidence of recent teaching practice.
• Proven track record as a middle leader accountable for standards and outcomes.
• Demonstrates strong communication and collaboration across teams and parents.

Responsibilities

• Support the school improvement plan and strategic priorities.
• Coach and develop middle leaders and teaching staff through appraisal and training.
• Contribute to curriculum development and safeguarding across the school.
