Responsibilities

  • Lead the strategic vision for personal development, wellbeing, behaviour, attendance and inclusion to create a culture where every child can thrive academically, socially and emotionally.
  • Lead Heworth Grange’s approach to relationships, safeguarding and staff wellbeing as core to school improvement.
  • Work with the leadership team to develop future leaders and ensure strong governance and accountability within Consilium Academies.

Salary: L8 - L12
Contract: Permanent
Start date: January 2027
