Heworth Grange School is seeking an Assistant Principal for Personal Development & Wellbeing on a permanent basis, with a Leadership L8–L12 spine and a January 2027 start.

You will shape the strategic direction for personal development, wellbeing, behaviour, attendance and inclusion, creating a safe, supportive and high-expectations culture where every pupil can thrive academically, socially and emotionally.
