Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in education.

Responsibilities

• Support the Principal in delivering the school improvement plan.
• Oversee daily school operations and uphold high standards.
• Guide staff through coaching, training and appraisals.
• Develop and implement behaviour and culture policies promoting inclusion.
• Use data to identify strengths and areas for improvement.
• Build partnerships with parents, carers and external organisations.
