Job summary

Our Lady and St Chad Catholic Academy in Wolverhampton is seeking an exceptional Assistant Principal - Inclusion to lead the whole-school inclusion agenda, ensuring every pupil belongs and succeeds through high academic ambition and strong relational practice.

You will drive SEND strategies, attendance and wellbeing, work with curriculum leaders to embed adaptive teaching, and build partnerships with families and external agencies within the Catholic ethos of the Trust.

Responsibilities

• Drive the whole-school inclusion, SEND, attendance and wellbeing strategies.
• Partner with curriculum leaders to embed adaptive teaching across classrooms.
• Oversee data-driven interventions and early identification to support pupils and minimise disengagement.
• Foster partnerships with families, multi-agency teams and staff through professional development.
