Job summary

Our Lady and St Chad Catholic Academy in Wolverhampton is seeking an exceptional Assistant Principal - Inclusion to join the Senior Leadership Team. You will lead the whole-school inclusion agenda, addressing SEND needs, attendance, and wellbeing to ensure every pupil belongs and succeeds.

• Early Identification & Targeted Support: Oversee data-driven interventions, internal inclusion provision, and alternative provision to minimise disengagement and suspensions.
• Culture & Collaboration: Build strong partnerships with families, multi-agency teams, and staff through high-impact professional development.
