All Saints Catholic College in Huddersfield is seeking an exceptional Assistant Principal – Behaviour & Attendance, Careers and Rewards to join the Senior Leadership Team from Easter 2027 or sooner. You will set strategic direction for behaviour, attendance, student rewards and careers education, ensuring high expectations, strong relationships and aspirational opportunities across the school.

• Proven leadership in behaviour and attendance.
• Experience in developing reward systems.
• Experience in careers education and safeguarding.

Responsabilités

• Provide strategic leadership for behaviour and attendance across the school.
• Develop systems to improve standards of conduct, punctuality and attendance.
• Oversee rewards and recognition programmes for student achievement.
• Lead the Careers programme and its delivery.
• Analyse behaviour and attendance data to drive improvement.
• Collaborate with pastoral, curriculum teams, families and external partners.
