Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for behaviour and attendance across the school.
• Lead and develop systems that promote conduct, punctuality and attendance.
• Oversee the school's rewards and recognition programme.
• Lead the development and delivery of an outstanding Careers programme.
• Monitor, analyse and report on behaviour and attendance data.
• Work with pastoral, curriculum leaders, students, families and external agencies.
• Support the strategic direction and day-to-day leadership as a member of the senior leadership team.
• Contribute to safeguarding, inclusion and student wellbeing.
