Job summary

Haberdashers' Knights Academy is seeking an exceptional Assistant Principal to lead our Sixth Form. This role focuses on strategic and operational leadership within Post-16 provision, reporting to the Vice Principal, and developing Sixth Form staff to enable students to thrive academically.

The successful candidate will oversee student achievement, safeguarding and personal development, contributing to whole-school leadership and improvement within a values-driven Academy.

We are seeking an exceptional Assistant Principal to lead our Sixth Form at Haberdashers’ Knights Academy. This is a rare and exciting opportunity to shape a dynamic and growing Post-16 provision within a forward-thinking and values-driven Academy under the leadership of our new Principal. Our Sixth Form is central to our vision for excellence, offering a rich and inclusive experience that enables students to thrive academically, develop as confident young adults, and progress to aspirational destinations.

We are looking for a leader who will:

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for the Sixth Form

• Contribute to whole-school leadership and improvement,

• Lead, manage and develop Sixth Form staff

• Oversee student achievement, safeguarding and personal development
