Job summary

Gilbert Road Medical Group in Aberdeen is seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant Practice Manager to join our busy practice team. The post involves day-to-day management of the reception team and supporting the smooth running of the practice, including deputising for the Practice Manager and acting as first point of contact for IT issues.

Gilbert Road Medical Group is seeking to recruit an experienced and motivated Assistant Practice Manager to join our busy and friendly practice team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the reception team and assisting with the smooth running of the practice. The role will also involve acting as the first point of contact for practice IT issues and deputising for the Practice Manager.

Previous NHS experience is essential, with experience in General Practice highly desirable. Applicants should possess excellent communication, organisational and IT skills, together with previous experience of supervising or managing staff.

We are looking for a proactive, adaptable individual who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of patient care.
