You will work alongside an experienced team of Planning professionals on a variety of projects, including retail, residential, and industrial developments.

Your key responsibilities:

1. Support the team on various Planning projects, including assisting with Planning advice, applications, and appeals.
2. Research and analyze Planning policies and decisions.
3. Draft reports, advice notes, Planning statements, and pre-application letters.
4. Attend meetings and take minutes.
