Job Description:

Your mission

We are looking for a Junior Planner Specialist to join Pepe Jeans' team and follow up all processes related to Licenses purchase orders and maintenance of the related data: from the creation in our system until the reception at the warehouse, resolution of incidences with the Accounting Department and Customer Service.

This position is based in London.

What will the role entail?

  • Being the local link between our Suppliers, Warehouse and Shipping, coordinating with the different business areas (forecast, demand planning, warehouse and manufacturing plant production taking into account sales records) in order to improve the supply chain and ensuring client requirements are met.
  • Following up for the production planning for all suppliers, making sure that all shipments are received on time and according to agreed SLA.
  • Informing the rest of Supply Chain in case of deviations from original planning. Finding the quickest way to have the garments in our hands ASAP.
  • Placing the Purchase Orders on time and correctly and maintaining all data updated at any time.
  • SAP Materials Master Data maintenance support.

Requirements

Job competences:

  • Higher Degree in Business Administration and Management or a related discipline
  • International Trade regulations
  • Solid experience in Service planning and reporting at a senior level (at least 2 years or in a similar role), across a multiple service channel, including complex operational models.
  • Excel: Advanced level.
  • SAP Intermediate user.
