Zusammenfassung

Stepnell is seeking an Assistant Planner in our Nottingham office. You will support the Planning Lead across preconstruction and live construction phases, helping develop tender programmes and site logistics plans to maximise opportunities while protecting margins.

You will monitor progress, analyse data, and help ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. Collaborative work with site teams and clients is required.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in construction planning or site engineering/management and a desire to specialise in planning and project controls.
• Familiarity with planning software and visual planning tools (PowerPoint, SketchUp, Synchro).
• Analytical mindset to review drawings, schedules and site data for risks and opportunities.
• Strong communication and collaborative skills with project teams.

Aufgaben

• Assist the Planning Lead across preconstruction and live construction phases.
• Develop tender programmes, design and procurement schedules, and site logistics plans.
• Support transition of Tender Programmes into live Construction and Master programmes.
• Monitor procurement against schedules and review subcontractor progress.
• Contribute to monthly progress reports and tender-to-construction handovers.
