Job summary

300 North Limited is recruiting an Assistant Commercial Manager to support a portfolio of PFI education contracts in the North West. The role is based in Cheshire with hybrid working and occasional travel to school sites across Cheshire, Lancashire and the wider North West.

You will have a strong commercial or Quantity Surveying background, with experience in contract administration, cost management and commercial reporting.

Qualifications

• Degree or qualification in Quantity Surveying or related discipline.
• Experience in commercial reporting and cost management.
• Understanding of contractual obligations and change control.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
• Willingness to travel to sites in the North West.

Responsibilities

• Support the commercial management of a portfolio of PFI contracts.
• Assist with administration and management of contractual obligations.
• Support commercial reporting, cost management and financial performance.
• Assist with contract variations and change control.
• Work with operations to resolve commercial matters.
• Identify and manage commercial risks and opportunities.
• Attend site meetings with internal stakeholders.
• Contribute to effective contract management and performance.
