Ty Llidiard is a 15 bedded tier 4 General Adolescent Mental Health Unit in South Wales, seeking an Occupational Therapy Assistant Practitioner to join a multidisciplinary team. The role supports delivery of assessments and interventions that help young people aged 12–18 develop skills, confidence and independence, with supervision from Occupational Therapists.

• Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to plan and deliver occupational therapy
• Support delivery of occupational therapy assessments and interventions under supervision
• Assist in adapting activities to meet young people’s needs and goals

• Contribute to personalised treatment plans informed by assessments
• Maintain accurate clinical records and uphold high standards of care and professionalism
