Job summary

Cwm Taf Morgannwg University Health Board in Bridgend is recruiting an Assistant Occupational Therapy Practitioner (CAMHS) Band 4 on a part-time basis. The post is 18.75 hours per week with Wednesday, Thursday and Friday working days, and a permanent contract.

You will support occupational therapy assessments and interventions under supervision, work within a multidisciplinary team, and help ensure effective discharge planning. Welsh language skills are desirable for shortlisting.

Qualifications

• Practical knowledge to NVQ Level 3 or equivalent skills, knowledge and experience.
• Diploma in Health and Social Care (or equivalent).
• Knowledge of the role of occupational therapy within a mental health context.
• Welsh language skills desirable for shortlisting.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of assessments and interventions under supervision.
• Contribute to service development, training, and accurate records.
• Work within a multi-disciplinary team to enable patient discharge.
