Flood Re Limited is seeking an Assistant Operations Manager to support the Operations Manager in managing day-to-day operations, ensuring effective onboarding, claims processing, and maintaining service standards. This role involves working closely with internal teams and external vendors to improve operational systems and data quality.
The Assistant Operations Manager is responsible for assisting the Operations Manager with the day-to-day operation of the Scheme processes including; Onboarding new participants to the scheme, Audit of Participant’s processes, Bordereau Management, Analysis and Management of Underwriting and Claims data as well as management of Participant queries via our Service Desk.
They will have a key role in continuous improvement of all operational systems and processes.
