Role Overview

Reporting to the Area Manager, the Pharmacy Practice Manager role combines patient care with a commercial focus. It requires a strong leader passionate about healthcare, patients, and business profitability. The role is responsible for achieving pharmacy-related targets, managing the store Pharmacist and pharmacy colleagues, and supporting Asda Pharmacy's goal to be industry-leading.

Responsibilities

1. Lead, coach, and develop the pharmacy team to deliver excellent patient experiences and ensure patient safety.
2. Support and develop direct reports and locums to maintain high standards of customer service, professional conduct, and compliance with GPhC standards and clinical governance.
3. Collaborate with store, regional, and head office teams for clinical and service support.

Monday: 09:00 - 20:00

Tuesday: 09:00 - 20:00

Wednesday: 09:00 - 20:00

Friday: 09:00 - 18:00

Additional Requirements
