Responsibilities

• Support the Operations Manager with the daily running of the operation.
• Manage and support drivers throughout the working day.
• Assist with driver planning, route allocation and daily schedules.
• Monitor driver attendance, performance and operational KPIs.
• Deal with driver queries and resolve operational issues.
• Manage delivery delays, failed deliveries and other day-to-day challenges.
• Communicate with clients, drivers and internal teams.
• Support driver onboarding, inductions and training.
• Ensure company processes, health & safety and compliance standards are followed.
• Assist with reporting, investigations and performance management.
• Identify areas for improvement and help implement practical solutions.
• Provide support and cover for the Operations Manager when required.
