Are you passionate about early childhood development and ready to take on a leadership role? Reigate's Busy Bees Day Nursery is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Nursery Manager as Maternity Cover to join our dedicated team and contribute to the growth and success of our nurturing setting.

Responsibilities:

• Meet the individual needs of each child, supporting parents with SEND/ASL needs
• Establish strong relationships with parents and guardians, ensuring effective communication
• Assist in resolving complaints and concerns promptly, reporting to the Regional Manager
• Support, supervise, train, and appraise staff to ensure high-quality childcare and positive team relationships
• Encourage and celebrate children's development and achievements
• Maintain regulatory compliance and high standards of health and safety

Requirements:

Hold at least a Level 3 Childcare qualification and have previous experience as an Assistant or Deputy Nursery Manager.
