Role Responsibilities

In this role, you will work closely with the Nursery Manager to oversee daily operations and provide exemplary care to children. Your responsibilities include:

• Meeting each child's individual needs, including supporting parents with SEND/ASL needs.
• Building strong relationships with parents and guardians through effective communication.
• Supporting the Nursery Manager in resolving complaints and concerns promptly, and reporting to the Regional Manager.
• Supporting, supervising, training, and appraising staff to ensure high-quality childcare and fostering positive relationships.
• Encouraging and celebrating children's development and achievements.
• Maintaining regulatory compliance and ensuring health and safety standards.

Requirements: A Level 3 Childcare qualification and previous experience as an Assistant or Deputy Nursery Manager are essential.
