Busy Bees Stokenchurch is seeking an Assistant Centre Director to support the Centre Director in day-to-day operations, overseeing a high-quality curriculum and ensuring regulatory compliance in a busy nursery environment.

You will lead staff, foster educational excellence, and contribute to a welcoming, safe setting for children and families while benefiting from a supportive team and extensive development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Level 3 qualification in early years education is required.
• Experience in an early years setting with leadership or supervisory responsibilities.
• Proven track record of curriculum development and educational excellence.
• Strong communication and organisational skills with teamwork focus.
• Experience maintaining regulatory standards and health & safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Support the Centre Director in overseeing daily operations and maintaining educational standards.
• Assist in developing and delivering an engaging, high-quality curriculum tailored to children.
• Ensure the centre complies with regulatory requirements and maintains high safety standards.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to staff, ensuring a cohesive, motivated team.
• Lead efforts to enhance customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service for families.
• Assist with administrative tasks including scheduling, payroll and recruitment.
• Manage operational records and support financial planning for sustainability.
