Job summary

Busy Bees Nurseries in the UK is seeking an Assistant Centre Director to support the Centre Director in day-to-day operations and uphold educational standards across the centre.

You'll lead a passionate team within a busy, Ofsted-rated Good nursery at Solihull, delivering the Bee Curious curriculum, ensuring safety, regulatory compliance, and high-quality learning experiences for children while fostering professional development and stakeholder relationships.

Qualifications

• Approved Level 3 qualification or above in early years education.
• Experience in an early years setting with leadership or supervisory experience (Assistant Nursery Manager/Deputy).
• Strong communication and organisational skills, with teamwork focus.

Responsibilities

• Support the Centre Director in overseeing daily operations and educational standards.
• Develop and deliver a high-quality curriculum tailored to children.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and high safety/health standards.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to staff.
• Enhance customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service.
• Assist with administrative tasks, scheduling, payroll, recruitment.
• Manage operational records and support financial planning.
