Busy Bees Nurseries is seeking an Assistant Centre Director to join our UK team. You will support the Centre Director in daily operations, ensuring outstanding educational standards and a welcoming environment for families.

You will lead and mentor staff, coordinate a high-quality Bee Curious curriculum, and ensure regulatory compliance and safety at all times. The role includes some administrative duties and cross-functional collaboration across the team.

Qualifications

• Level 3 Early Years qualification or higher is required.
• Experience in an early years setting with leadership/supervisory duties.
• Proven track record of educational excellence and curriculum development.

Responsibilities

• Support the Centre Director in daily operations and educational standards.
• Assist in delivering an engaging, high-quality curriculum tailored to children’s needs.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain high safety/health standards.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to staff, fostering a cohesive, motivated team.
• Lead efforts to enhance customer satisfaction and positive centre experiences for families.
• Assist with administrative tasks including scheduling, payroll, and recruitment.
• Manage operational records and support financial planning for sustainability.
